Introducing the Soli Deo Gloria or SDG:
which translated means “Glory to God alone”. The body shape is a culmination of all of our body styles combined into one with the goal of creating our most versatile body design yet. It is comfortable playing it finger style while kicked back on a couch. Yet it is large enough to lead worship or authoritatively hold its own in any jam. Like any of our models its available with or without a cutaway.

This is a fine example of the famous “TREE” Honduran Mahogany on the SDG. This is a unique sounding mahogany. I was skeptical of the history and lore associated with the tone wood until I heard this guitar sing and I was pleasantly surprised!

SDG with an optional offset sound hole. This moves the sound output closer to the player which does not require a side sound port. This model is available without a cutaway or with a Florentine cutaway as shown above. This image also shows the optional dual scale / multi scale / Fan Fret fingerboard. This one has a 25.5″ scale on the bass side and a 24.9″ scale on the treble side.

The LowLander, an elongated OOO – 12 Fret Honduras Mahogany / Sonic Sitka (French polished) top. This is the next size larger than the Deacon body.

The Deacon / OO: Designed in collaboration with Marty Stuart using a similar body shape to his 1920’s Jimmie Rodgers guitar. This model is available in 12 or 14 fret designs. Pictured above is the 12 fret model with a Cedar top.
